PACKING AND POSTAGE

RAFATRAD Ltd is open between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am and 3.30pm Friday. Outside these hours a brief message can be left on our voice mail. Your call will be returned as soon as we are back in the office.

UK ORDERS

All prices shown on our website include normal packing and postage prices for UK delivery. If you require special delivery or next day delivery this is available but you will be charged the extra costs incurred. Call us on UK 01892 600191 for details of prices and delivery methods.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We accept most major Credit and Debit cards. No electronic data is stored at our site and all on-line orders are processed through a remote secure encrypted system.

RAFATRAD Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Royal Air Forces Association, a registered charity, number 226686 in England and SC037673 in Scotland. Profits from the business activities of RAFATRAD Ltd are covenanted back to the charity at the end of each year.
